Chickwaff.com was born on a hot Atlanta night in late June of 2014, when Dave Chavez and Pete Johnson ventured out at 10:30 PM to the famous Gladys Night’s Signature Chicken and Waffle Restaurant.
The experience transformed both of us and rekindled our love of chicken and waffles. We knew right then and there, we had to share our experiences with the world and educate uninformed palettes to the joys of chicken and waffles.
